Live Cell Imaging
Live cell imaging examines living cells over time to analyze functions, division, dynamics, and signal transduction in vitro. Fluorescence or brightfield approaches enable time-resolved observation of cellular responses. Selection depends on temporal resolution, detector sensitivity, fluorophores, and temperature or CO2 control, while phototoxicity may limit imaging.
