Bubble counter

Bubble counters are used in (chemical) laboratories for experimental work with gases to check the strength of the gas flow. Bubbles of uniform size emerge from the inlet tube and can be counted if the gas flow is not too large. The number of bubbles per period is a measure of the amount of gas flowing through the apparatus or the amount of gas evolving in a reaction.
