Benchtop system for cooling or freezing samples without ice, electricity or batteries

Composed of a base, an isothermal cartridge and a lid

Suitable for different sample formats and Temperatures

Compatible with dry ice, CoolRack or CoolSink

Specificities :

The insulated cartridge must first be placed in a -20 °C freezer for at least 12 hours and then inserted at the base

The ‘freezing’ insulated cartridge can be placed in a -80°C freezer to reduce the start-up time (place at least 6 hours beforehand at -80°C) and increase the freezing time

For the ‘cooling’ isothermal cartridge once taken out of the freezer, it should be placed on the bench for about 10-15 minutes until a temperature of 1°C is reached (temperature indicator on the cartridge)
